Hercules and the love affair's Blind was pretty much THE disco song of 2008. It was a hell of a danceable song with Antony's Sylvester-like vocals with a lot of depth and meaning. And like many DFA-acts, the band certainly knows inside out the old school disco/house-tradition they are building upon.
So it was more than just that one of the greatest house legends, Frankie Knuckles, got the remixing honors for this jam. And he does just what's expected of a man his caliber, makes a classic song even better. Here's his take:
I can't resist posting another classic Knuckles song. "Your Love" is a timeless beauty, this one's more on the nasty tip, taking from the religious to erotic&exstatic.
