Thanks for yesterday

Our Arthur Russell night was a success. Thanks for coming! It was actually the first time I saw the documentary as well, high quality stuff.

Maybe we should push more of the older leftfield disco stuff into our usual sets as well. You always forget how good and innovative these songs still sound. Here's a few examples we played yesterday:





The last one is one of my all time favorites. Can't get enough of it. I actually have the original pressing OMG. It's a bit of a hard to get, which is a shame.
